British Columbia’s coast boasts an extensive network of remote and pristine trout and salmon-bearing rivers. Water levels permitting, we use our 18ft jet boat to travel up the lower river to access some beautiful stretches of water and the best fishing holes.

As a proud member of the Sport Fishing Institute of BC, we solely practise catch-and-release fishing. Opportunities change with the seasons and different species are available at certain times. In the spring months, we seek Rainbow and Cutthroat trout, and Dolly Varden. When the salmon arrive in summer, we head out for Pink and Coho salmon. We schedule the optimal times for our excursions based on river water levels, weather and tidal conditions.

Fly fishing experience is not necessary, but fly casting does require a degree of practice and skill. We recommend a fly fishing lesson at our trout ponds for beginners prior to this activity. To best enjoy this tour, good physical fitness is required to walk on rocky and uneven riverbanks, wade knee-deep in moving water, climb in and out of the jet boat, and walk from the jet boat to the fishing spots. In low water conditions in the summer months, more extensive hiking to access the fishing spots will be required.
