Meeting and Event Spaces
Six flexible meeting spaces can be arranged as board rooms or can be divided by retractable walls to create multiple break out spaces. All rooms are equipped with screens and projectors. The Sonora pavilion, spanning 7,200 sq. ft., can be used for large conferences, wine tastings, social events and galas.
Additional costs apply to convert the pavilion for banquet use.
Wi-Fi is available property wide and guests are welcome to make use of the resort’s printer, fax machine and scanner. Cell phone coverage is available (we are Telus, Bell Mobility and Rogers compatible). International long distance calling is complimentary from all resort telephones including those in meeting rooms.
The business center has five internet-ready workstations and offers plentiful plug-ins for laptops.
Sonora is a 50 minute flight from YVR's South Terminal airport in Richmond, BC and can be reached from Vancouver by London Air Services 12 seat, Agusta Westland helicopters or seaplane.
