With 88 guest rooms, Sonora can welcome groups of up to 125 guests. Private rooms overlooking the ocean, multi-room suites and opulent private villas are all an idyllic place to call home. Lodge lounges provide places to convene for an evening debrief, and the two private villas provide elegant center points for off-site meetings.
Each of Sonora’s lodges offers spacious rooms with ocean views and modern amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi and worldwide phone calls.

Group Travel
London Air Services (LAS) helicopters seat up to 12 passengers and provide direct flights from Vancouver to Sonora Resort in 50-minutes. Boarding and departing via Air Elite, at YVRs South Terminal, is simple and hassle free. If your group is arriving from a destination further afield, LAS' fleet of jets and helicopters can be chartered from any destination on the globe to Sonora Resort. Water taxis are also available from Campbell River and seaplanes from Seattle. Our Guest Services teams assists with coordinating the best travel options for your group’s needs.

All-Inclusive Dining
Perfect for groups, all of our accommodation rates include gourmet meals, house wine and beer in the Tyee Dining Room and Lounge. Catering outside the Dining Room and Lounge, such as a private reception in one of our two villas, is also available at an extra fee.

The Innes Conference Centre offers configurable spaces that are customizable for each group’s needs. Our Longhouse provides an impactful venue for presentations or keynote speakers. Guests can also take their events outdoors to our Discovery Island Viewpoint Gazebo.
Wi-Fi is complimentary resort-wide and our AV team is available to ensure that events run seamlessly.

We offer the private use of Sonora for groups looking to book out the entire resort. For an exclusive buyout, a minimum booking includes:
