Sea Lion Pointe House – 10,935 sq ft
Sea Lion Pointe House is a private luxury villa built with glass and exposed timber, located on its own peninsula. It is surrounded by wilderness and overlooks the ocean. In addition to containing 4 exquisite suites (designed after the seasons), it is a luxurious and elegant place to host small to medium sized events. The great room has a large, long see-through gas fireplace, inviting seating and a baby grand piano. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas, and the cement exterior can be the perfect place for a cocktail reception during the hot summer months. Private catering can include Four Course Tasting Menu (up to 10), seated ‘lap dinner’ (up to 40), standing West Coast reception (up to 80), hand passed canapes (up to 100). Innes Conference Centre – 2,510 sq ft
The Innes Conference Centre is nestled in a tranquil garden with ocean views and a wraparound covered porch. It is home to nine flexible meeting spaces that can be arranged as boardrooms or divided by retractable walls to create multiple break-out spaces. All rooms are equipped with large projector screens. Make use of the five available workstations overlooking the garden with full printing services.
Long House – 2,775 sq ft (up to 24 guests on the upper floor and 20 on lower)
This stunning space sets the stage for a grand presentation, facilitated event, keynote speech or workshop. It was designed in the style of a traditional Coast Salish Longhouse, with tiered theatre bench seating and is an ode to the Indigenous communities who reside in and around the Discovery Islands.
Pavilion – 7,200 sq ft (up to 50 guests)
The ideal space for large conferences, galas, and private events. Let your imagination run free and bring this space to life. All bookings for the Pavilion include full carpeting, banquet-style setup, and a stage.
Discovery Islands Viewpoint - up to 120 guests capacity
A short 10-minute walk from the Tyee Lodge leads to a beautiful covered gazebo featuring a gas fireplace and seating for up to 8 guests. Green space with outdoor seating and picnic tables look out to the ocean and incredible wildlife-viewing opportunities. Washrooms are located on-site. Events at the Discovery Islands Viewpoint are weather permitting.

Our knowledgeable AV team is available onsite to assist you prior to and during your presentation, meeting, or event. Each meeting room, with the exception of the Longhouse, is equipped with:

- Flip charts, available upon request
- Power bars and extension leads
Wi-Fi is available property-wide and guests are welcome to make use of the resort’s printer and scanner. Mobile coverage is available (we are Telus, Bell Mobility and Rogers compatible). International long-distance calling is complimentary from all resort telephones including those in meeting rooms.
