Sonora Resort enchants all ages and offers families a rich array of experiences for their young adventurers. With our guests’ comfort and safety in mind, however, some age and weight requirements apply to certain activities and amenities. Because of the diversity of wildlife on Sonora Island, it’s important to have adult supervision while exploring at all times.
Children are welcome to join adults in their accommodation or families can enjoy the flexibility of our multi-room suites. We carry a limited selection of cribs, diaper genies, and small cots for kids that may be placed in a guest room at the request of the guest. Children are defined as 5-15 years old, 16 years and older are considered adults, and those under the age of 4 stay complimentary at Sonora Resort.
The Tyee Dining Room and Tyee Lounge are open to all ages during the day, but after 9pm, The Lounge is for adults only. We kindly ask that children under 16 years old be always accompanied by a parent or guardian. At the request of the guest, a highchair or children’s seating can be made available.
